Terms of business

  • I understand that there is a minimum commitment of 3 months, where notice can only be given at the beginning of month three onwards. I understand that the notice period is one full month, to be given at the start of the billing cycle and that notice given midway through a billing cycle will only become effective at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • I understand that should I cancel my plan that my coach can continue to take all owed and due payments within the notice period.

  • I understand that upon cancelling I will lose access to all apps, groups and coaching once my notice period has ended.

  • I understand that should I leave to use another coach/competitor I will lose all access immediately.

  • I understand that my coach has the right to cancel my plan at any time should I fail to adhere to the plan.

  • I understand that should I cancel my plan and wish to resign up that I may have to go onto a waiting list if all spots are filled.

  • I understand that if I leave and wish to return any existing promotions will be lost and I will have to pay current full price upon my return.

  • I understand that my Personal Trainer is not a doctor or physiotherapist and that the advice offered is optional and not a replacement for professional advice from experts within specialist fields.

  • I understand that if I fail to follow the advice of my coach that it will impact the results that I achieve.

  • I understand that signing up for this coaching doesn’t guarantee fast results and that all results are dependant on hard work and providing my coach with accurate and honest information.

  • I understand that my progress may be used as a case study unless I state that I do not wish to have my journey shared. – Permission will always be requested.
